In each of 6 classes you will participate in cooking (and eating) a healthy and delicious meal from easy and affordable recipes. All information is evidence based, medically supported and easy to understand. Class topics will include:

  • Introduction to How Foods Fight Diabetes
  • Understanding Type 2 Diabetes
  • Designing a Diet for Maximum Weight Control
  • Keeping a Healthy Heart
  • Making it Work for You

Class meets in Verity’s Teaching Kitchen every Tuesday from August 22th – September 26th. 5-6:30 pm Commit. Nourish. Thrive.
